How does the registration process work?

In six steps:

1. Search (/search) for marks or companies with the same or a similar name.
2. Fill in the 9-step application form; you can save it as a draft and continue later.
3. Pay the total by card or by bank transfer — the same amount.
4. Sign the authorisation (power of attorney) you receive by e-mail after payment and send it within 30 days.
5. The representative files the mark at the office within 2 calendar days of payment.
6. Follow the status: you are notified of every step, from publication and the 3-month opposition period to the office's decision.
