Is TMA the trademark office? Do you guarantee the registration?

No. The decision to register a mark is taken by the office: the General Directorate of Industrial Property (DPPI) in Albania or the Kosovo Industrial Property Agency (KIPA). Neither TMA nor the representatives can guarantee a registration.
