What is the authorisation (power of attorney) and how do I send it?

The authorisation allows the representative to act for you before the office. After payment you receive it by e-mail (PDF), in the name of the representative who files the mark. You sign it and send it within 30 days — you declare this in the form. As an individual, you sign it before a notary.

• Albania (DPPI): the original is sent by post to the address shown on the authorisation page; then you confirm on that page that you posted the original.
• Kosovo (KIPA): a scanned authorisation is enough — you upload it on the authorisation page; no post is needed.
