Can I register a logo as a trademark?

Yes. In the form you choose the type of mark:

• Word mark — text only
• Figurative mark — a logo or graphic
• Three-dimensional — a 3D shape
• Shape mark — the shape of the product
• Pattern mark — a repeating pattern
• Colour mark — a specific colour
• Position mark — a specific position

For marks with an image you upload a PNG or JPG file of up to 5 MB; the image is filed exactly as uploaded.
