Monitoring and locked results

What is compared, what you see without a subscription, the subscription periods, the plans and when monitoring starts.

Step by step

1. What is compared

   Your trademarks are compared with the trademarks of Albania and Kosovo and with the companies of QKB and ARBK.

2. Locked results

   For a trademark without monitoring, very strong finds (95% and above) are shown locked: you see the percentage, where it was found and the opposition deadline — the name, number and owner stay hidden until you subscribe (“Subscribe and see”).

3. Choose the period

   Subscribe for 12 months, 120 months or until the trademark expires. Under 12 months is charged pro rata from the 12-month price; over 12 months at the monthly rate of the 120-month price, but never less than the 12-month price.

4. Plans

   For several trademarks there may be plans (2–5, 6–10, 11–50, more than 50 trademarks), when TMA has set a price for them.

5. Pay

   The order creates a payment request under “Payments”; the price includes the administration fee and the transaction fee.

6. Monitoring starts

   Monitoring starts on the day of payment; the first check also looks at the finds of the last 90 days.

Rules

• Monitoring does not start or extend without payment: not with the application, nor with an unpaid subscription or renewal.
• A free trial is offered only when TMA has enabled it: one trademark, once per client.
