Services for your trademark
Renewal, opposition, transfer, licence and other services: how you request them, who prices them and how you pay.
Step by step
Choose the service
Under “Services” the services are in groups: Registration & Protection, Trademark Management, Opposition & Legal Protection, Rights/Security & Enforcement and Documents & Certificates.
Choose the trademark
Choose one of your trademarks, write a note (optional) and press “Request the service”. For a new trademark, the service takes you to the application form.
Who takes it
The request goes to the trademark's representative; if the trademark has none, to your representative for that country or to the one TMA assigns.
The price
TMA sets the price (office fee + professional fee + administration fee). The request moves to “Pending payment”.
Pay
Under “My requests” press “Pay by card” or “Bank transfer”: the same amount, with the transaction fee included. After payment you receive a payment receipt.
Follow it
You are notified in the bell of every status change: In progress, Waiting for the office, Filed with the office, Accepted and others.
Rules
- Only TMA sets the prices.
- The service's status is changed by its representative or by TMA.
